For material release, it utilizes pneumatically operated butterfly valves of premium quality, providing rapid actuation and a hermetic seal to prevent leakage.
To maintain optimal material flow, vibrators are mounted on the bin walls to eliminate the adhesion of cement or admixtures, guaranteeing a smooth and complete discharge.
Water Weighing System

For water release, it utilizes pneumatically operated butterfly valves of premium quality, providing rapid actuation and a hermetic seal to prevent leakage.
A booster pump drives a multi-pipeline spraying system, ensuring uniform water distribution within the mixing chamber. This pressurized spray serves a dual purpose: it accelerates the mixing cycle and continuously cleans the shafts, blades, and shaft-ends. By preventing material buildup, this design significantly improves mixing efficiency and extends the service life of critical shaft-end components.
