Dedicated Shaft-End Machining Equipment
Industry-leading large-scale precision machining equipment is introduced to complete all inner bores, inner and outer end faces, and all threaded holes of the mixing drum in a single clamping process. This ensures geometric and positional tolerances of the drum and guarantees the performance of the mixer.
Sandblasting Process
The mixing drum undergoes sandblasting and shot blasting to eliminate internal stress and extend service life.
Dedicated Tooling Welding
Special combined welding fixtures are used for mixing drum welding to ensure dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.
CNC Machining
Multiple CNC machining lathes are employed to ensure high-quality and consistent processing of components.
